**Role: Regulatory Compliance**

**Responsibilities**:

- Help establish and manage effective compliance program and internal controls in the firm.
- Regulatory engagement and liaison with regulators and other government agencies.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and licensing requirements and conditions.
- Keep abreast of the latest regulatory developments pertaining to payments systems and digital assets/financing.
- Manage and support regulatory and/or external audits on the firm.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, law or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in compliance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of MAS rules and regulations.
- Knowledge and expertise in the payments/fintech industry a plus.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with venture companies and startups
- Good command of English is a plus.
