**Regulatory Compliance**

**What you’ll do**
- Serve as Regulatory Compliance manager for the APAC Regulatory Legal team
- Work on and project manage regulatory reporting obligations in APAC
- Manage corporate governance and secretarial work for both existing and new markets in APAC
- Assist with and project manage new entity establishments in APAC
- Assist with and project manage audits and inspections
- Take ownership of all file management matters for the APAC Regulatory Legal team
- Assist with legal research from time to time
- Assist with various administrative and operational matters for the APAC Regulatory Legal team

**Who you are**
- You will have at least 5 years’ experience in a support function within a legal or compliance team.
- You will have experience working within a fast-paced legal team, with high ability to follow directions and procedures, and at the same time able to prioritise workload and assignments
- You are a meticulous person with strong attention to detail
- You are fully proficient in English
- You are proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software
- You will have some working experience in an international organization or MNC
- You will have solid communication skills, specifically you will be able to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders from varying disciplines and cultures
- Your strong sense of initiative and self-motivation will add value to a fast-growing business
- Due to Covid-19 and border restrictions, you must already be residing in Singapore
