**The Role**

Are you a creative force with a passion for music and a talent for creating thumb-stopping content? We are searching for a highly motivated and talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. You will be the voice of Collective Minds online, responsible for crafting our social media narrative, engaging our community, and capturing the electric energy of our artists and events.

**What You'll Do**
- Develop, manage, and execute the social media strategy across all our platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
- Create and schedule compelling daily content, including graphics, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), stories, and engaging copy that resonates with our audience.
- Utilize your graphic design skills to produce stunning visuals, digital posters, and promotional assets for our tours and events using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Leverage your video editing skills to produce high-energy show recaps, artist content, and promotional clips that capture the live experience.
- Monitor and engage with our online community, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
- Track social media analytics and KPIs to report on campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize our strategy for growth and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and promotions team to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

**What You'll Need**
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar digital marketing role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in graphic design and video editing is essential.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Proven video editing skills for short-form social media content (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- A deep understanding of the social media landscape, including platform-specific best practices and emerging trends.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- A genuine and demonstrable passion for a wide range of music genres, pop culture, and live events.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
