**Background**

Fitness Factory is a boutique gym offering bespoke fitness solutions that is tailored for each individual. Established since 2005, it is the first gym in Singapore that offers personal training and fitness solutions without membership fees, using its signature training methodology “Joan & Augustine Personal Strength Training System” developed by the founders.

The role of a **Admin and Operations Executive **provides essential internal support to the Directors and work closely with the team to achieve company’s growth plans, and ensure administrative and operations runs smoothly in the gym. He/she should be capable dealing with human resource matters, as well as providing excellent customer service for clients during his/her duty at the front desk.

**Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Oversee administrative work such as the appointment bookings and attendance of clients, preparing routine reports, filing of documents and other daily administrative/ operational matters.

Perform front desk duties, provide customer service and other general office activities which includes processing payments and internal documentations.

Provide secretarial support to Directors and perform basic HR management duties such as interviewing, employment contract preparation, annual leave tracking etc.

Work closely with Directors to develop strategies for business growth with technology solutions and working closely with relevant parties to execute plans for business expansion.

Coordinate staff development trainings, staff roster, meetings, preparing meeting agenda and minutes. Maintaining and updating COJTC system and statistics submission.

Manage inventory and shipping for e-Commerce/ product sales.

**Education/ Experience Requirements**

**Able to work on non-office hours, weekends and/or Public Holidays as and when required.**

Ability to present information and data in a consistent, organized and accurate manner.

Self-motivated, confident and mature approach.

Ability to adapt and work under pressure, quick thinking, capable in problem solving and meeting tight deadlines.

Interest in digital solutions for business operations.
