We are looking for a ‘CSP Operations Expert’ to join our CSP Operations Team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieves ongoing understanding of the Cloud Marketplace to operationalize strategies for new and existing offering potential opportunities.
- Compiles market analysis and business case development for new offering opportunities
- Provide operational support and maintain relationships with the sales teams at all levels
- Develop and implement quarterly and yearly business metrics
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards
- Support different teams using sales tools and day to day operations
- Maintain and update cloud sales processes and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- CSP Operations Expert with 2+ years of experience in operations/business analytics/project management
- B.Sc. Graduate in a relevant field.
- A problem solver, capable of finding creative solutions and getting things done.
- Data analysis experience, including expertise in different BI/analytical tools.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically
- Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities/multiple projects
- Demonstrated expertise in business financials.
- Proven verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong executive presence and professional maturity. Organized, methodical and process oriented
- Team player with the highest level of integrity, who looks to innovate and improve process and programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills

It would be great if you also have:

- Experience with Salesforce and SAP - highly recommended
- Knowledge of the Cloud technologies, and Cloud Security - highly preferred
- Team player spirit
- Believe in learning new things every day.
