Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to join our People & Culture team to drive operational support on all talent acquisition matters with the objective of ensuring that the organization's current and future human resource requirements are met.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will be driving talent acquisition best practices and operational rhythm, with the objective of ensuring that the organization's current and future human resources requirements are met, that employees are recruited, managed, organized, onboarded in accordance with the organization's people strategies to support the achievement of the organization's objectives within corporate guidelines, legal requirements and societal sensitivities.

**What You'll Do**
- You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment on assigned business units
- You will conduct pre-employment due diligence such as reference check, financial checks etc where applicable.
- You will drive the offer process, including extending offers, closing offers.
- You will onboard new hires, conduct corporate orientation and office tour.
- You will build great relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be a thought partner to business leaders on talent related matters.
- You will work closely with business leaders in resourcing planning and strategy
- You will drive assigned TA projects that will improve our talent brand and hiring process including but not limited to Employer Branding, Applicant Tracking System, Implementation of testing platforms etc.
- You will support in the development and implementation of procedures and programs for the continuity of talent building
- You will guide project teams with the timely identification, management and resolution of action items, risks, and issues
- You will support People & Culture visions and foster a high-performance culture.
- You will guide, coach and support the development of TA team members with active participation in their development plans.
**Who You Are**
- You are degree qualified
- You have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment capabilities in a large enterprise
- You have good PC skills - MS Office - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- You have good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills
- You are meticulous and able to meet deadlines
- You have the ability to support multiple projects with overlapping priorities and timeline
- You have excellent analytical and problem solving-skill
- You have the ability to work in a large and diverse team in a matrix work environment
- You have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- You have strong attention to details, independent to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactor will be an advantage
