We are looking out for full time Customer Service Coordinator.
Key job scope:
- a) Receive feedback, complaint from the general public during our construction project.
b) Maintain, compile feedback file, complain form and attend to feedback from date of feedback to closure follow up.
c) Maintain company mobile hotline for general public Call / WhatApp.
d) Liaise with site project team for feedback received.
e) Replying to General Public for closure of feedback / complaints.
f) General Adminstrative work office based.
Working Days:
Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm
Sat, Sun, PH: Off.
