Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries via various channels.
  • Data entry, including processing of inquiries, quotations, and process sales orders from customers & etc.
  • Coordinate and ensure that all KPIs are met.
  • Monitor inventory stock level.
  • Manage customer order fulfilment plans for on-time delivery.
  • Manage enquiries and feedback of our customers through email, website live chat service and phone calls.
  • To coordinate daily movement of all incoming and outgoing vehicles, including liaising with internal and external customers for the collection and delivery of vehicles.
  • To physically check all repair work performed in the workshop for completeness and road test, inclulding LTA inspection if required, before the vehicle is returned to the customers.
  • To focus on providing quality services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
  • Good command of English and Chinese and basic accounting knowledge will an added advantage.
  • Friendly and Customer Service Oriented.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Work as part of our admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company.
  • Min 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent
