We are looking for a Customer Service Admin to join the operations team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery experiences from order to invoice. You will act as the key liaison between customers and internal departments, coordinating logistics while maintaining top-tier service and accurate admin processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate incoming customer requests via calls, emails, and faxes professionally
  • Plan and schedule daily deliveries and collections for optimal efficiency
  • Process sales orders, delivery notes, quotations, invoices, and billing documents
  • Track backorders, service requests, and contract fulfillment timelines
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with key clients
  • Collaborate across departments (Warehouse, Sales, Finance, Ops) to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate digital records through scanning and proper documentation
  • Support overall team needs with general administrative duties

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Strong in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Prior experience in customer service or logistics admin is advantageous
