We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and results driven individual to join our Scent division as **Scent Ingredients Sales Support Executive**.

**Your Focus**
As the Scent Ingredients Sales Executive, you will be the IFF in-house contact for customer inquiries, coordinating all their needs through the appropriate departments from initial inquiry through shipping of raw material.

You will also handle shipments with services providers to ensure timely shipment.

This is a Singapore based position reporting into the Regional Sales Director, Asia Scent Ingredients.

**How you will Contribute**

Customer Service and Sales Support
- Engage and respond to all customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Maintain all master data related to customers including pricing, info records, payment terms, forecasts, shipment details, etc.
- Ensure orders are loaded. This includes but not limited to standard orders, samples, returns and consignment fill ups
- Regularly engage with customers, managing requests and resolving issues
- Coordinate with Sales Service colleagues as needed to deliver best-in-class customer fulfilment

Logistics
- Coordinate with internal cross function teams and external logistic suppliers as applicable
- Keep all parties up to date on orders status
- Address customer issues or feedback and assist in resolving issues by liaising with appropriate channels
- Organize returns and credit customer accounts when needed

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Science preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Sales Service or Customer Service experience with a multinational company, preferably in Chemical Manufacturing or Scent Ingredients environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, capable of proactively identifying and solving problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP
- Ability to work independently and at the same time be a collaborative team player
- Aspire to grow and develop future career path into Sales or Commercial role.
- Fluency in English. Proficiency in a second language (Mandarin) a plus due to scope of role
- Willingness to work beyond regular business hours, as necessary.
