Parisian Haute-Couture perfume house, Maison 21G, is a bespoke perfumery allowing individuals to create their own scents through experiences within its beautiful and luxurious boutiques as well as online, allowing tailor-made creations for all with an astounding quality at its core.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome customers. Identify their personality and their needs/ desires for scents
- Provide accurate information about the specificity of our brand (e.g. we do only bespoke perfumes, freshly made in our boutique, with natural ingredients)
- Answer customers’ questions about our products and unique services
- Cross-sell products (mainly with bespoke home candles, reed diffusers..)
- Ensure boutique’s windows, scent bar, lab, workshop table and shelves are always fully stocked and super neat
- Maintain all displays according to marketing standards and ensure replenishment
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales target and develop CRM strategies to increase customer visits
- Oversee all merchandising and display windows and organize special events with our PR and influencer team
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and monthly scent designer training

**Skills**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales executive in flagship stores, in a luxury mall or department stores
- Strong sales skills, love customer interaction
- Track record of achieving sales quotas, ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic, positive, eager to learn, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service for customers and coaching for your sales team
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills,
- Meticulous and good sense of hygiene/ cleanliness
- Active Listening -Giving full attention to what customers are requesting
- Constant team training and coaching in partnership with the head of retail.
- High attention to details and service: we are a luxury brand
- Report and Provide information to the head of retail.
- CRM management, customer prospection and retention
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, ability to multi-task
- Setting quantitative and qualitative KPI for your sales team
- Team spirit with peers
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with other employees of Maison21g, mutual support in hard times.
- Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage to handle mandarin speaking customers.
