Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a Difference Assist in creating and modifying fragrance formulations under the guidance of senior scent designers and perfumers. Learn and apply knowledge of raw materials, olfactory families, and fragrance structures. Support the development of fragrance concepts aligned with brand identity, market trends, and consumer insights. Participate in sensory evaluations, internal testing, and stability studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, and Product Development. Maintain accurate records of formulations, evaluations, and project milestones. Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and assist in preparing mood boards and presentations. Engage in regulatory and compliance-related tasks to support project execution. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance fragrance development. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Perfumery, or a related field. Strong interest in fragrance, olfaction, and sensory experiences. Excellent sense of smell and ability to describe scents using olfactory vocabulary. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
