[What the role is]
As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]
- Administer and support procurement function (including tenders and quotations) for the requesting Departments
- Provide advice on procurement requirements to ensure compliance with government procurement policies and regulations
- Review and enhance procurement controls and compliance
- Involve in various procurement initiatives such as streamline of procurement processes through automation and technology, not limited to RPA, review of conditions of contract and standard specifications, review and implement best procurement practices as well as internal procurement policies
- Conduct periodic data analytics and identify internal control gaps in procurement
- Conduct periodic procurement briefings, training and sharing sessions,
- Handle internal and external audit queries on procurement matters

[What we are looking for]
- Relevant background with at least 3 years of work experience in procurement, preferably in IT or Engineering area
- Experience in government procurement and familiarity with IMs will be advantageous
- Good writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the GeBIZ System
- A good team player
- Meticulous, resourceful, and innovative with a positive work attitude
