We are looking for a **Demand and Supply Manager, **based in the Merchandisining Team in our APAC Region.
As Demand and Supply Manager for APAC, you will drive efficient demand fulfilment, spurring sales growth. You will lead the Regional buying and offer key insights to collection selling and buying strategy. You guide demand planning, based on supply dynamics, stock levels, purchasing, and shape buying methods. You are an informal leader that strives to strengthen team and foster collaboration across channels, roles and functions, empowering strong collaboration and alignment between channels & teams to become more customer focused.
**_What you will do:_**
- Develop top-down view on Regional demand plan, stock and reduction cost targets in alignment with Regional commercial strategy and financial plan.
- Support APAC Commercial Manager & Head of Merchandising with actions on stock and sales development and update selling forecast based on commercial planning.
- Communicate updated forecasts with APAC Merchandising and Controller colleagues.
- Run analysis of garment group/concept growth potential to identify opportunities and recommend strategy in collaboration with Merchandising teams.
- Constantly explore and implement how to improve the field of buying and stock management in the APAC region.
- Develop Regional strategies and take actions for unwanted inventory to maximize selling and profitability together with Merchandising teams.
- Forecast, budget and follow up of reduction costs in collaboration with Commercial Merchandiser Manager and Regional Controller.

What you will need to succeed:_**
- Strong business sense and entrepreneurial spirit as well as a drive to achieve strong results, both long term and short term.
- Solid strategic skills, possessing the ability to understand the customer and customer experience in a 360 way in a complex context.
- Action-oriented and pragmatic: Strong ability to transform plans into actions, constantly hunting for and finding potential and improvements.
- Commercial: ability to understand how to drive customer offer, experience, operations to achieve outstanding sales & profit.
- Passion for the customer and business, as well as a curiosity for the world, the customer and the customer behaviour.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement.
- Has at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
**Additional Information**
This is a Full Time role with the flexibility to be based in any of our APAC Offices; these include Shanghai, Seoul or Singapore. This role reports directly to the Head of Merchandising for APAC.
