THE ROLE
Coty is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Travel Retail Asia Pacific team as Demand Planner.

You will be responsible for partnering with the commercial and marketing teams to forecast beauty products and work with our deployment hubs to ensure the necessary supply to reach our growth ambitions. You will achieve this by reviewing launch and promo plans on top of the baseline forecast, monitoring sell-out and escalating supply constraints.

You will also be responsible for optimizing local processes, managing our Giftset campaigns and tracking our non-sellable shipments vs forecast.

This position reports to the Travel Retail Asia Pacific Supply Chain Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Own all demand planning tasks from launch to discontinuation, incl. launch sizing, promo planning, PIPO management and non-sellables
Maintain forecast in JDA using historical data, statistical forecasting and market insights
Hold monthly business and forecast review meetings with Sales to deepen collaboration
Track forecast accuracy and fulfilment levels, root-cause variances and develop action plans
Collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing and Pricing as well as externally with Supply Planners and Lifecycle Managers in Europe to manage demand and supply communication
Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach in working with Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure accurate information is used for S&OP alignment meetings
Review existing processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency or effectiveness

**REQUIREMENTS**:
First experience in demand or supply planning with background in Beauty, FMCG or Travel Retail
Strong business acumen and eager to understand our business
Able to work independently and as part of a larger team located across different offices
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Excel and system-savvy, preferably with advanced excel skills and SAP and JDA knowledge
