We are looking for a nurse manager who has experience in endoscopy, and experience in a day surgery or operating theatre will be beneficial. The manager will be managing both curasia clinics, located at Jurong East and Orchard. We are looking for someone with great communication skills, apt with endoscopy processes, billing, consumables and familiar with claims including medisave and insurances.

**Clinical Responsibilities**

1. Perform endoscopy nursing roles in accordance with current standards of care and local guidelines, including but not limited to scrub, circulating, assisting, recovery, decontamination, maintenance of endoscopic equipment, and so forth.

2. Ensure appropriate documentation

3. Assist in development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols

4. Evaluate and intervene appropriately with regards to patient care outcomes

5. Ensure optimal patient experience from pre-endoscopy preparation to post-procedural care and discharge

**Leadership and Establishment**

1. Formulate and review appropriate policies, standard operating procedures and competencies

2. Familiarise and ensure compliance to regulatory matters and compliance of the clinic, especially with statutory and licensing requirements

3. Ensure smooth daily operations of clinic, including workflows, effective use and maintenance of equipment, consumables and supplies

**Human Resource**

1. Ensure adequate and efficient manning of the clinic

2. Preparation of staff roster and duties

3. Strive towards clinical and service excellence

4. Assist in training and orientation of junior staff

**Financial responsibilities**

1. Assist the Clinic Director in planning and implementing annual budgets

2. Assist in planning and ordering of equipment and medical supplies for the Endoscopy Clinic

3. Assist in other financial duties including billing, claims, invoicing, and so forth.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
