We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales Asia-Pacific (Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, India, Australia) to lead our sales operations. This pivotal role will drive performance, develop new OEM partnerships, expand dealer networks, and ensure strong accountability across our Asia-Pacific markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to boost market performance, leveraging expertise in sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Build and manage strong relationships with OEMs and dealers, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustainable revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with regional leaders across functions to drive commercial excellence, optimize go-to-market strategies, and ensure sales priorities align with business objectives
- Lead the implementation of best-in-class sales processes by improving CRM utilization, pipeline management (short & long-term), and forecasting accuracy to enhance decision-making and growth potential
- Drive accountability for results, reporting, and continuous improvement by fostering a high-performance sales culture with clear KPIs
- Lead market analysis to identify growth opportunities, utilizing insights from industrial engines and off-highway machinery markets in Asia-Pacific
- Manage key accounts and oversee pricing and contract negotiations with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regional regulations, while navigating complex market dynamics
- Inspire, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales team across Asia-Pacific, providing direct leadership to the Southeast Asia sales team and strategic leadership to the other countries to cultivate a results-driven culture and drive alignment with business objectives
