**Roles & Responsibilities
**Direct Sales**
- Convert sales leads to bookings
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Follow the direct sales process to deliver incremental sales
- Effectively utilise the CRM system to deliver sound lead management
- Develop strong referral base leads
- Manage customers' itinerary from enquiry to departure date
- In the attempt to retain business, promote or cross sell The Travel Corporation Brand options in circumstances where the requested product or service (i.e. brand) does not or cannot accommodate the customers’ needs
- Ensure correct revenue is collected
- Act as a brand ambassador by consistently delivering customer dialogue that personifies the brand values & maintains tone of voice
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales
- Report & track sales through CRM
- Travel Fairs & Roadshow when appliable
- All other duties as reasonably required by management

**Reservations**
- To handle flight reservations, tour reservations, consolidations, and customers enquiries
- To maximize sales by cross selling all brands under The Travel Corporation
- To contribute to overall profitability of the company by establishing and maintaining an effective reservation service to all guests in Singapore and around Asia
- To maintain a high-quality level of accuracy of all documentations. To assist the manager in reviewing and updating the reservations procedures from time to time and in keeping the management updated

**Others**
- Any other related duties assigned from time to time

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 3years working experience in Travel, Hospitality or Luxury background chain industry
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Work under pressure and multi-tasks while maintaining professional rapport with clients
- Understand customer needs and propose best alternatives
- Customer focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably with GDS experience but is not a must
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Independent and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on weekends or public holidays during Roadshow
