Aim

To equip Ops Executive with necessary clinic operations skills (oversee a team of frontline clinic staff to ensure the smooth operations of the clinic) and that a higher level of service is provided to our patients. Be the bridge between HQ and clinic to ensure smooth communication and ensuring SOP adherence

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and support individual clinic operations which includes manpower and resource planning, clinic maintenance, implementation of initiatives & projects/workflows roll-out.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and working instructions in all areas related to operations
- Participate in new initiatives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordination between HQ departments and external agencies or stakeholders on projects/activities participated
- Monitor and assess performances of the key KPIs established for Clinic Operations and handling of annual clinic budget
- Provide IT support for clinic operations processes (eg. GP Connect)
- Other ad-hoc duties as tasked by Ops Manager

Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably a Diploma or Degree.

**Skills**:

- Self motivated and able to work well in a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Location: Ubi (Nearest Mrt - Eunos)
- Working Days / Hours : 5 Days Work Week
- Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
