**Role Description**
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients through scheduled customer visits and effective communication.
- Cultivate robust business connections to generate new sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and forecast sales volumes to proactively adapt strategies.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations to effectively persuade potential customers.
- Enhance customer loyalty by providing professional after-sales support.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and protect the company's reputation.
- Negotiate agreements, monitor payments, and maintain comprehensive sales and data records.
- Regularly update and maintain reports for the management team.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned on an ad-hoc basis

**Role Requirements**:

- Hold a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering or a related discipline.
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, particularly in the marine and offshore heavy equipment and crane industry.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships.
- Exhibit a strong drive for professional growth and possess notable leadership qualities.
- Able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Possession of a car and a valid Class 3 driver's license is preferred.
