- ** Position: Sales Executive (FARMER ROLE) -NO EXP REQ/ ALL WELCOME**:

- ** Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Commission + Company Performance Bonus + Transport Reimbursement + 14 Days AL**:

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To achieve sales target and gross profit margin set by the Company
- To network and establish good relationship with new and existing clients
- To attend to new and existing clients’ enquiries and requests promptly and converting these leads to sales deals either through own or in a team
- To research regarding customer’s requirements and participate in brainstorming session with internal team for creative solution, costing and design
- To draft event proposals and project plans for internal review and finalization
- Pitching and managing proposals, including presentation of sales proposal to prospective client, and follow up to close deals in a tight timeline
- Client and project management, inclusive of obtaining client’s project requirements, requests and specifications, preparation for quotation and costing sheet, and to obtain contract confirmation
- To brief Operations/Project team & liaise with related parties or to ensure smooth handover of project to execution phase
- To follow-up on payment after completion of event; and coordinate with finance on project team reimbursement
- To prepare documentation in support of project closure
- Participate in planning committee meeting including distributing agenda and taking minutes
- Proactive, meticulous, resourceful, creative, independent and a good team player
- Able to achieve and maintain good sales profit margins on monthly basis
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- NO Experience Required
- Training will be provided
- At least Nitec, Diploma, or Professional Certification, or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and business knowledge
