Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
Reporting to Director of Marketing, the Segment Head is a vital position in M1’s Postpaid Marketing structure. Its responsible for the health and engagement of the segments within the M1 Postpaid Consumer base. The Head is expected to run a variety of marketing campaigns to drive revenue, retention, engagement, and experience within the Customer Lifecycle Management strategy which has been put in place.
The Segment Head will be responsible for supervising the Segment Leads and their teams. The Segment Head also collaborates with the Heads of Retention, Revenue, Acquisition and Device Product Planning (SME Heads) to achieve their KPI’s which are also jointly held by the respective SME Heads.

- Segment Retention and Re-Contract achievement,
- Segment NPS and Advocacy
- Segment Communications & GTM Execution
**Responsibilities**:
- To seek Revenue Enhancement opportunities and marketing programs towards achieving Segment Revenue targets
- To direct the Segment leads towards programs enhancing CLTV, including Retention, Upsell, Cross-sell and upgrade
- To work together with SME Leads in managing the objectives and deliverables of the CLM matrix
- To continuously seek new opportunities to expand the digital services usage of the segment base
- To seek and create insights of the Segment base to enhance hyper-personalised targeting and offers
- To continuously collaborate with Revenue, Retention and Acquisition SME’s in crafting Segment Specific offers to achieve mutual goals
- To ensure marketing programs and offers to the existing base are effectively communicated & executed.
**Experience and skills required**:
- At least 12 years’ experience in Marketing, Product Marketing or Segment management.
- Experience in Telco or management of handsets will be important for this role.
- Supervisory experience to lead a team of executives.
- Skills in crafting and managing Go-To-Market campaigns both above and below the line.
- Understanding of Digital marketing and Social Media marketing.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- Must be able to communicate well with Peers and Management.
- Collaborative nature.
