**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate recording of accounting transactions and analyse financial information, to prepare management accounts and supporting schedules.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (SFRS) and other international GAAP.
- Prepare GST returns and to assist with tax-related compliance matters.
- Maintaining a neat and proper filing system for all accounting and/or tax-related reporting documents.
- Coordinate with external parties (i.e. clients, external auditors, government agencies, etc.) as and when necessary.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties being assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with accounting cloud-based software (eg. Xero) would have an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be analytical, meticulous, well organized with initiative and discipline.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,400.00 per month
