We’re hiring a **Coach Manager**for a children’s fitness academy that blends leadership, coaching, and operational excellence.

**About the Role**
Our client is a well-established children’s fitness provider offering structured, obstacle-based movement programs for kids aged 4-12.

They are looking for a Coach Manager who can oversee the academy’s day-to-day coaching operations — including scheduling, equipment, safety, and coaching support — while also stepping in to teach classes when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Management**:Lead and support a team of junior coaches; ensure training, mentorship, and teaching quality.
- **Operational Oversight**:Oversee daily gym operations, class setup, safety standards, and workflow.
- **Hands-On Coaching**:Step in to coach children aged 4-12 when required; maintain high standards in delivery and engagement.
- **Program Excellence**:Ensure curriculum consistency and classroom management best practices.
- **Parent Communication**:Handle parent interactions in a professional and supportive manner.

**Requirements**:

- Have a strong interest in **child development and youth fitness**:

- Have prior experience **leading youth coaching teams**(e.g., in gymnastics, parkour, movement or sports programmes)
- Are confident in **managing both people and daily operations**:

- Have solid interpersonal and communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- First Aid & CPR certified (or open to certification)
- Background in fitness instruction, physical education, or youth coaching
- Familiarity with movement-based or obstacle-style programmes is a bonus

**Work Schedule**
- **Weekdays**:9:30am - 6:30pm (includes 1-hour lunch break)
- **Weekends**:9:00am - 6:30pm
- **5.5-day work week**(with scheduled rest day during the week)
