He began his career in Australia, working in sales, marketing and strategy, before leading large global commercial transformation programmes, establishing company‐wide coaching initiatives, delivering global training, managing key accounts and implementing talent management programmes. Andrew holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts, is a certified International Coaching Federation (ICF) leadership coach, and a Cultural Intelligence (CQ) trainer. He is a dual British/Australian national and has worked in Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Singapore and London. In addition to coaching, Andrew is co‐Director of Cognicity Pty Ltd, an Australian company specialising in e‐learning, consulting and advisory services in DEI and cognition. He is also passionate about supporting introverts in business through his project the Anxious Executive.
