Senior Executive/executive

**Responsibilities**:
The officer will be supporting Corporate Policy & Data team, and will be exposed to a variety of learning opportunities, including:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings across teams/divisions;
- Assist in the onboarding process for new staff as well as the processes for outgoing staff;
- Develop SOPs and workflows to capture the process for knowledge management and effective execution of processes;
- Assist in organising staff welfare and team building activities;
- Manage division’s inventory and assist in new purchases;
- Coordinate ad hoc events: Provide logístical support for events, inclusive of liaising with vendors;
- Lead and coordinate ad hoc projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project goals;
- Assist in smooth operation of daily administrative tasks to support the division’s overall functions effectively.
