Risk & Compliance Officer

A self-directed and independent team player to support the Risk & Compliance Manager by focusing on Regulatory Compliance aspects such as governance, risk management and shopfront infringement enforcements. Training will be provided.Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections and enforcement on shopfront infringement
Carry out ad-hoc inspection as and when directed by the Property Managers based on feedback received
Checking estates for risk & compliance issues
Escalate high-risk reviews to Risk & Compliance Manager
Provide support on compliance issues and review of current procedures to identify hidden risks
Conduct periodic compliance training to new and existing employees
Assists in timely submission of reports and document requests to the Manager or internal/external auditors
Assists in the preparation of periodic update review reports to the Management
Undertake any task as assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
At least a Diploma or above
Having enforcement experience will be an added advantage
At least 2 years of experience preferred

Self-initiated & dynamic individual who possesses critical thinking skills to increase efficiency
Possess good communication (verbal and written) skills with a strong EQ
Detailed-oriented, has a strong analytical mind with good problem-solving skills
Has a self-motivated personality and a good team player

Self disciplined and motivated in a flexible hybrid work environment
