Strategy and Operations Manager, Google Cloud

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in an operational capacity, with 5 years in a Tech organization.
- Experience in spreadsheets or Google Sheets.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in forecasting, segmentation, territory planning, account management, and quota setting.
- Experience leading strategic programs/projects in an Enterprise space.
- Experience influencing and collaborating with executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Understanding trends/patterns in business performance and ability to craft and communicate insights from data, affinity for metrics.
- Ability to project manage with mínimal guidance, to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, balance competing priorities, and concurrently manage several time-sensitive projects.
- Excellent strategic, problem solving, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

The Regional Strategy and Operations organization partners with our Cloud business organization in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, providing strategic business operational support and guidance, providing business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

In this role, you will be a member of the Cloud Regional Strategy and Operations team. You will help in deconstructing and re-creating businesses to meet changing strategic and operational needs, enable, incubate and scale innovation, establish more efficient practices, align functions, and stakeholders to help the company continue to achieve its vast potential. You will be a thought and execution partner for our South East Asia (SEA) Cloud Leadership Team. You'll help scale our business in the region by helping Google define and execute strategic and operational initiatives, that contribute to the company's growth and drive operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Cloud Sales Leadership in developing the market’s business plan, go-to-market strategy, and gaining the required support to execute programs. Work closely with the Close Sales teams on the ground to execute on the strategy and plans, providing strategic operational support along the way.
- Identify, structure, and lead key strategic initiatives and business programs and share best practices with other regional/global Google Business Operations teams.
- Analyze and develop insights on business and core performance metrics in view of business reviews while aligning with cross-functional partners.
- Drive operational excellence (business growth, opportunity, health and performance metrics), across our growing Cloud teams in-market.
- Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues across all stages of the business cycle to improve overall performance. Ensure stakeholder issues are resolved in a timely manner.
