Head of Business Excellence, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

- Master's Degree, MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in Enterprise Technology companies in a Business / Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, or Sales Management role.
- Experience managing a team.

Preferred qualifications:

- Six Sigma or Lean certification process design and implementation.
- Experience in establishing new processes and cadence within high-growth organizations, preferably a hyperscale cloud environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment.
- Ability to componentize complex problems, prioritizing the most impactful initiatives and driving disciplined execution.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, track record of building relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

As the Google Cloud Head of Business Excellence, you will report directly to the leader of regional Sales Strategy and Operations and will be a core member of the leadership team. In this role, you will use thought leadership, process design, and cross-functional orchestration to build scalable infrastructure supporting Google Cloud’s continued growth. You will partner with cross-functional and organizational leaders to identify and prioritize process improvement actions and drive overall business, systems and process excellence.

You will be data and analysis driven to develop and lead new business transformation initiatives to improve field productivity. You will have a familiarity with our broad range of systems and tools and engage with multiple cross-functional teams regionally and globally to shape the product and tool road-map through an innovative mindset. In addition to being a trusted advisor to business leadership, you will build and lead a team of experienced professionals with deep expertise on business transformation and operations, fostering each individual’s development as well as a strong and caring team dynamic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the current systems, tools and process landscape and lead end to end productivity enhancement initiatives programmatically to drive business automation, agility and efficiencies.
- Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and with executive stakeholders to influence the product and tool road-map constantly benchmarking with best practices in the industry. Function as a bridge between our field organization and our systems teams.
- Drive last mile excellence and change management to land process, tool, and policy changes across the entirety of the organization.
- Build and implement scalable mechanisms to monitor progress and drive adoption of new tools, policies and processes across the organization.
