**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR/ Finance Assistant to join our team. This role will support the HR/Finance Team by assisting with finance, accounts receivable, human resources paperwork, and general administrative duties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with clients as directed by the account manager, ensuring clear communication and prompt follow-up on requests.
- Assist in finance duties, including accounts receivable (AR) tasks, invoicing, and monitoring incoming payments.
- Assist with HR paperwork and bookkeeping, which are basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation and effective communication within the office.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrative or financing assistant in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or familiarity with office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
