**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Process, verify and maintain personnel-related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
- Developing and managing ongoing client relationships - both on the phone and face to face.
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
- Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.

**Requirements**:

- At least a N/O Level, Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- No experience is welcome.
- Micro
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
- Enjoys communicating with people and working in a meritocratic environment.
- Customer / service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a team.
- Able to work independently as well as be a team player.
- Strong organizational ability, meticulous and accurate.

The primary function of the company is to recruit and deploy hospitality personnel to 5- or 6-star hotels to provide services for various functions including banquet servers, front office staff, restaurant hostesses, housekeeping staff, kitchen helpers, stewards, bartenders.
