Sales Admin Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide assistance to sales staffs
- Prepare sales quotation and tender preparations
- Liaise and coordinating with mall management, professional engineers, consultants, contractor and own team of workers to meet the requirement
- Project budgeting and purchasing
- Project administrative and documentation works
- Prepare monthly sales forecast and reports
**Requirements**:
- Min 2 to 3 years of working experience in administration and/or sales coordination/support
- Preferably with working experience in interior fit out related industry
- Able to work independently in a fast pace working environment, multi-tasking and is a fast learner
- Possess positive work attitude, willing to learn and have good time management skill
- Must be meticulous in their work and proactive
- Must be proficient in English and computer especially Microsoft office software like Excel, Words, Power Point etc.
**Other Information**:
- Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience
- 5.5 days alternated week
- Able to start work immediately will be a bonus
- Outpatient Medical Treatment at Appoint Panel Doctor
