**Overall job objectives**
- Assisting the sales team in contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have up-to-date sales and marketing collaterals
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
- Organise delivery logistics to customers
- Prepare and pack orders correctly for delivery
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department
- Monitor and organize inventory and track products for sale
- Creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
- General administrative work
- Adhoc duties as required
**Job specifications**
- Experienced as a Sales Coordinator or in an Administration role
- Team player with a positive learning attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel to generate reports
- Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, results oriented and pays attention to detail
**Key deliverables**
- Efficient and professional sales coordination skills
- Handle sales orders and meeting project deadlines
- Generate reports for Business Development department
