**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES ADMIN COORDINATOR**
**Sales**
1) Coordinate with other departments to ensure correct goods are being delivered. (Issue Outgoing Inspection Form to Tuas & LCK warehouse)
2) Monitor incoming fund before executing shipment.
3) Arrange outward shipment with forwarding agents. (Vessel & Container booking)
4) Survey shipping cost to various destinations.
5) Issue SO, DO, Tax Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Debit/Credit Notes and Shipping Labels etc.
6) Prepare and dispatch shipping document such as CO, COA, CCIC, GST permit, various certificates etc.
7) Monitor shipping status and settle any shipment related matters.
8) Prepare and send samples to customers as and when needed.
9) Maintain ERP system (OHM)
- Update customer master
- Update sales order and outgoing goods (Tuas and LCK)
10) Compile sales reports.
11) Coordinating and maintaining ISO9001:2015 quality system & proper filing system for sales dept.
12) Carry out any other work assigned by the Management or superior.
**Admin**
1) Handle incoming calls.
2) Control & purchase of office stationery.
3) Maintain good house keeping in workstation and office areas.
