Project Manager for Global Banking IT Implementation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transversal Project Implementation**:The Project Manager should have exposure to all aspects of front-to-back project implementation, including referential data management, trade booking, settlement, reporting, regulatory reporting, accounting, and group reporting chains.
- **Large Program Management**:Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale IT programs with budgets exceeding 2-3 million euros is mandatory. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of complex projects within budget and time constraints.
- **Stakeholder Management**:The role involves regular interaction with CXO-level stakeholders who serve as project sponsors. The Project Manager will need to effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to these high-level decision-makers.
- **Functional Knowledge**:The Project Manager should possess comprehensive functional knowledge and expertise in global banking products, especially in the areas of Trade, Cash, Supply Chain, and Loans. This knowledge is critical for understanding business requirements and aligning them with IT solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Proven experience in global banking, including Trade, Cash, Supply Chain, and Loans.
- Strong understanding of IT project management, with a focus on large, complex programs.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project requirements.
