Vice President, IT Project Manager, Digital Project

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the digital journey solutioning leader and cross functional teams in all aspect of Project Management from inception to final solution implementation.
- Support IT Management / Implementation Program Director or Head of Digital Solution in planning or oversee the execution of program level tasks and other bank-wide digital initiatives.
- Lead, drive, facilitate good project management practise within the digital program teams, wide IT transformation programs in support of business strategy and relevant transformation programs.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Digital/IT projects through:

- Define program / project scope, detail management project plan and seek stakeholders’ agreement for sign-off.
- Prepare and provide ongoing management of the project’s user/business requirements, functional & technical specifications, test plans, deployment plan and release to production check sheets ensuring completeness, accuracy and feasibility.
- Track project status against SDLC, project plan and overall program delivery requirement/s. Comply with all related project and system governance of the bank
- Establish structure document controls and management reports. Proactively provide reporting of project status to relevant stakeholders and management
- Facilitate / support system solution innovation or business process transformation to support the overall Digital transformation of the bank business.
- Support IT Management, Implementation Program Director or Head of Digital Solution in planning or oversee the execution of program level tasks

**Job Requirements**
- Master or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Manage Information Science or equivalent with experience in Transaction Banking or Trade Finance businesses.
- Min. 15 years working experience within Technology, Digital or Banking Automation. Strong FI/Banking experience preferred.
- Certified Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2)
- Min. 10 years of program or project management experience with proven track record of APAC regional or global project management and/or digital transformation program.
- Experience working in cross-functional team and multi-vendor environment.
- Experience working with mid-large global or regional financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Asia FIs/banking landscape, regulatory and industrial trend.
- Strong Technical / Technology Program and/or Project Management expertise and experience.
- Strong proficiency in System Life Cycle, Project Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle framework
- Proficiency with FI/banking Digital project business strategies, programs / projects, functional and technical overview.
- Proficiency / knowledge of:

- Cloud technologies,
- cloud/on-prem hybrid deployment and integrations,
- core infrastructure,
- Middleware (APIM/ESB/Data Transfer)
- Integration of digital solution to Corporate Banking business system such as core banking system, treasury systems, market data, payment, KYC, AML / compliance, workflow systems etc.)
- Robotics/RPA employment
- Banking Operations
- Proficiency in establishing business case, business writing skill, senior stakeholders / management engagement, presentation and management skillsets.
- Experience in contract and vendor management.
- Experience in SLA management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
