**Position Summary**

This role is part of Synapxe Innovation Capabilities Enablement team. We are looking for a technology enthusiast to bridge and connect with industry to drive strategic partnership and enable new innovation initiatives forward. Through your bottom-up research / analysis, you will identify local and overseas industry partners with potential applicability to public healthcare. You will work cross-functionally to create opportunities to showcase emerging technologies from the industry to inspire innovation collaboration. This is an opportunity for a driven & dynamic individual with high interest in healthtech, has unique blend of business acumen, exceptional knowledge in digital innovation, excellent communication skills, and track record of achieving high outputs and goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and foster an external ecosystem of healthtech industry partners for innovation collaboration to inspire tomorrow’s health.
- Research and analyze technology trend and recommend potential applicability to public healthcare.
- Lead and manage various partnership and engagements with local and overseas industry partners.
- Well plugged into the public healthcare ecosystem, and understand their challenge statements and interests, so as to be able to spearhead collaboration between industry partners and public healthcare institutions.
- Plan and lead engagement events, talks, workshops to drive innovation agenda forward.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in business, computer science or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, innovation, partnerships, or related role.
- A self-starter, analytical and with strong connection with the technology ecosystem.
- Have a passion for technology and innovation, and willing to learn and pick up a broad diverse range of knowledge and skillsets beyond your established competencies.
- Experience in organising events / seminars / webinars to engage industry partners and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be expected to engage across the ecosystem, ranging from start-ups to investors and industry players.
- Knowledge in healthcare, innovation pathway, is an added advantage.
