**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Customer Service Executive (West, Post-Sales)**
- Attend to enquiries and provide necessary service to resolve customers' needs
- Attend to enquiries from customers, send acknowledgement/confirmation and reply to customers
- Create Service Contracts and PM schedules upon receiving Customer Purchase Order (PO)
- Update/maintain Sales Order (SO) information in SAP
- Create Purchase Quotation (PQ) for ordering to Suppliers and forward to the procurement team for processing
- Inform respective Engineers once their parts arrive in the warehouse
- Forward Customers’ PO to the logistics team to issue Delivery Order/Invoice
- Maintain installation date, warranty period in customer equipment card (system) after engineers provided warranty certificate
- Prepare renewal PM Contract and quotation
- Generate monthly PM lists for engineers to do service jobs. Follow up / check with engineers by end of the month to ensure engineers have completed the job
- Process Service Reports and send for billing to the Accounts Department
- Arrange MOM inspection schedules with Third Party Contractor and liaise with customers
- Resolve ad hoc request by Engineers
- Process return/defective equipment back to Suppliers
- Perform related administrations tasks ie. filling, scanning documents
- Backup for colleagues during their absence.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent/higher.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of SAP Business One.
- Be able to handle multiple tasks and job responsibilities and is pro-active.
- Possess organizing skills and effective at leveraging on technology to be productive.
- Ability to communicate effectively, including good writing skills.
- Strong self-discipline and can work independently, as well as with the team.
