Our client is looking for a senior Data & Insights lead to set up and spearhead this new function for their business division. Reporting directly to top management, this highly visible role will drive business decisions through insights analytics, demonstrate data value creation to internal and external stakeholders and take on an SME role within the organisation.

**Key Responsible Areas**:
**A) Data Analytics & Insights to Drive Business Decisions**
- Garnering support from all business units and formulating action plans to explain to obtain main insights of data analytics across customer segmentation and internal processes and services.
- Drive digital assets effectiveness and efficiency in conjunction with Google Analytics and other digital (agencies / external data / partners) collaboration.
- Drive actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence the direction of the business of cross functional groups

**B) Data Visualization and KPI Monitoring**
- Lead the team to perform big data analytics processes on massive data sets from different data sources.
- Develop data visualization dashboards to track results of implemented initiatives to validate effectiveness and show financial benefits to the organization.

**C) Champion & Establish Best Practices of Data Analytics**
- Take the SME role of any strategic consulting, needs assessments, project scoping and the preparation/presentation of all Analytics initiatives.
- Ability to successfully convey all valuable insights with business action recommendations to senior management.

**D) Team Training and Management**
- Cultivate the skills and knowledge of digital data analytics to the team through training and coaching.
- Drive growth of the team's data capability and its business influence.
- Strong leadership experience and ability to design road maps, strategic ideas and execution of data analytics plans.

**Your Profile**
- 10+ years of relevant working experience in data analytics / digital transformation to drive solid business growth results.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of digital data analysis, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques & algorithms.
- Previous exposure to all stages of data analytics project lifecycle (identification, extraction, loading, transforming/shaping, analysing, developing and tracking).
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, listening and effective presentation skills.
- Go-getter and passionate in all things data.
