Strategise and manage key underwriting projects; translate data insights into actionable plans and outcomes. Collaborate with operations, actuarial and risk, distribution, analytics and technology teams to transform underwriting processes. Qualifications Extensive experience in life and health underwriting and operations. Proven ability to lead change management and transformation efforts. Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in handling and analysing large, complex data sets.
