**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Clusters Engagement & Service Level Review
- Prepare and organize Healthcare Clusters review, and present Ops performance, service Levels and address warehousing & outbound matters.
- Responsible for Ops Monthly Reporting, prepare weekly reports on Ops issues, escalations and status for Senior Management's approval.
- Monitor 3PL Ops Performance, KPI tracking and ensure daily/ weekly targets are met.
- Monitor warehouse stock management and reinforce continous improvements for Putaway, Picking & Packing & Stock Return process with 3PL to achieve high stock accuracy.
- Conduct fact findings and interviews for investigation for all incidents such as damaged product, wrong delivery, discrepancies during cycle count, backorder and late delivery
- Responsible for error handling and resolve interface failure, stock movement errors & products returns (including manual coordination with Clusters for performing transactions in PHI System), daily stock reconciliation error etc.
- Responsible for 3PL Resource & Cost Management
- Review & enhance Ops frameworks to accommodate for New Set-ups till execution.
- Responsible for Warehouse Backorder & Product Recall Management
- Direct 3PL vendor for order fulfilment during emergency.
- Ensure proper BCP develop and in place for emergency preparedness.
- Responsible for Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor and ensure process and system compliance for audit.
- Plan and prepare for yearly Certification renewal.
- Supervise and provide guidance to Associates Executive for monitoring 3PL performance, such as Picking accuracy, Topping up serites, Scheduled delivery, Return management is executed as stipulated in contract.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma / Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Logistics & Supply Chain
- Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Prior experience in supply chain operations and warehouse operations
- Analytical and meticulous with an eye for details and numbers
- Advance Knowledge in Microsoft office will be an added advantage
