**Purpose**:
The role of the Senior Logistics Executive / Logistic Executive is to ensure and execute end-to-end logistics operations in order and supply fulfilment within Asia according to the company’s policies of delivery time, quality, cost and standards; and complies to regulatory and customs requirements.

**Main Duties**:

- To plan, coordinate and ensure smooth completion of all inbound and outbound deliveries and orders; from source (origin) to end-destination in accordance to trade regulations, customs, and good distribution practices (GDP) requirements.
- Communicate appropriately to obtain/provide necessary updates/support with suppliers, distribution agents, logistic service providers (LSP), and customers, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of logistic tasks.
- Prepare required documentation, declarations, and/or labels to facilitate shipment, trade, and payments between the company, customers, and all other relevant parties involved (e.g. banks, insurance companies, warehouse(s), freight forwarder(s), third partly logistics vendor(s) etc.).
- To highlight, record and report to management on logistic and order processing complaints, issues or challenges such as damaged good, and quality issues or defects.
- Prepare and report daily/monthly inventory, order status, and billings reports to management.
- To perform annual stock-take; prepare, record, and report inventory reports and reconciliation in warehouses located in Asia.
- Prepare, coordinate and report annual disposal of obsolete/damaged inventory with warehouses in Asia.
- Prepare, record and report annual filing and storage of documents with document management and control company.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably Diploma/Degree in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in handling import-export, specialised shipping or freight forwarding in a trading company, logistic service provider or in manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge in import-export procedures and requirements within Asia.
- Familiar with working on Oracle’s ERP system is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, especially on excel.
- Good ability to communicate and influence vendors or partners to manage and resolve daily challenges.
- Good command of English.
