**JOB TYPE**:
Long Term Contract

**Job responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design, configure, and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement and promote the CSDM framework to standardize and enhance service management practices.

**Requirements**:
Minimum **4-7 years**of hands-on experience in **ServiceNow development and administration**.
- Proven experience with **ITSM module implementation**, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
- Strong experience working with **CMDB**and implementing **CSDM**framework.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **JavaScript**, **Glide scripting**, and platform-specific development in ServiceNow.
- Experience with **workflow configuration**, **business rules**, **client scripts**, **UI policies**, and **UI actions**.
- Hands-on experience with **MID Server**, **integrations**(e.g., REST/SOAP APIs), and **external system connectivity**.
- Familiarity with **ServiceNow Portal**, CMS, and custom interface design.
- Strong understanding of **ServiceNow platform architecture**, data model, and best practices.
