**Major Responsibilities**:
The Talent Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Evolve our onboarding experience to be tailored to the employee groups you’re representing and looking after.
- Manage the full onboarding process end-to-end from the moment the offer letter is rolled out through to the end of the first 6 months at the firm.
- Be on point to answer any questions or concerns across the employee life cycle, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, policy interpretation, risk management and professional development.
- Maintain the employee handbook which includes policies and procedures that reflect the working environment of the Singapore office, while meeting Singapore labour law requirements.
- Rollout and introduce new employee experience initiatives that help retention of employees.
- Participate in project teams by supporting roll-out and repeatability efforts; running reports; and facilitating cross-office/functional coordination.
- Responsible for all liaising with Ministry of Manpower.
- End to end responsibility for Singapore office recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a professional services organization with experience in business partnering experience.
- Experience working within, or closely partnering with Talent and Organizational development teams.
- Proactive individual with strong curiosity and problem-solving mind-set, excited to tackle challenges.
- Energized by owning large and sophisticated projects and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and business writing capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a face-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; approachable and possessing the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently, but also collaborate effectively with the team.
- A high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive team player.
- Strong familiarity with labour laws in Singapore.
