Regional Requirements Planning Executive (12-month contract)

Sephora is looking for a **Regional Requirements Planning Executive** for its South East Asia operations. The role reports to the Regional Requirements Planning Assistant Manager, within the Regional Supply & Demand Planning Team.

The Sephora SEA Retail activity spans over 8 countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Korea, Australia and New Zealand) with 70+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION in Singapore or Pitt Street in Sydney. The business unit has experienced rapid growth in the region with many more stores and countries to come.

Today, Sephora SEA retail has close to 1300 employees across the 6 direct markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Australia and New Zealand) including the Regional HQ in Singapore and the local HQs in all 5 countries.

** Requirement Planning Management**
- Singapore/Malaysia Purchase Order Follow-up Management
- Validate remaining shelf life of brand’s fulfilled quantity, shipping documents of Purchase Orders and coordinate with respective Logistics Teams on shipment pickup
- Execute SAP PO confirmation for all validated Purchase Orders
- Work closely with suppliers on confirmation of recovery dates if orders are not fulfilled
- Communicate with Internal Stakeholders on Order Status and collaborate on exceptional acceptance of short shelf life items
- Weekly catchup with respective Logistics Teams, highlighting bottlenecks and calling out risks for stakeholders to facilitate on
- Prioritising PO receiving to improve On-Shelf-Availability (OSA) to protect sales of best sellers
- Ensure Purchase Orders are closed in SAP by respective Logistics Teams in a timely manner
- Communicate to all Internal Stakeholders on Fill Rate and Status of Event Orders
- Return-to-Vendor (RTV) Follow-up management
- Ensure all agreed RTV are tracked until Credit Notes from Suppliers are received and closed with Finance team
- Work with External and Internal stakeholders to ensure disputes are resolved timely
- Manage relationships with suppliers
- Inducting new Sephora Exclusive brands on Sephora Supply Chain best practices and requirements
- Ensure On time Shipment Readiness and collaborate with Suppliers on Leadtime Accuracy
- Fill Rate Optimisation
- Consolidation and procurement of non-stock order at regional level to procure and management of inventory
- Define action plans to improve processes, lead times, methods and tools, and monitor their implementation

- Analysis and consolidation of Reports
- SEA + South Korea PO progress reporting
- Regional RTV progress reporting
- Support in Change Requests
- Involvement in UATs

**We would love to hear from you if you possess**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain will be preferred
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Good analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge will be a plus
- Ability to analyze, draw conclusions, and execute appropriate actions in response to data
