HR & Admin Officer/executive

Job Descriptions
- Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR & Admin department
- To handle on boarding and off boarding administrative support
- Perform monthly payroll processing (i.e., overtime, allowances, incentives, NPL, final salary, etc.)
- Prepare HR-related letters e.g., Employment letter, Confirmation letter, Salary Increment letter, memo etc.
- Assist in maintaining, sourcing and registration for training courses
- Assist in staff insurance & claims (WICA, foreign worker insurance).
- Be the first point of contact for employee’s inquiries on HR-related matters and assist their inquiries
- Arrange dispatch and coordinate with courier companies on re-incoming & outgoing documents / packages
- Administer and issuance of worker's locker, uniforms etc.
- Assist to administer officer cleaner, security officer duty roster and performance
- Perform all general admin support duties including purchasing of consumable and non-consumable items etc.
- Assist in company welfare matters and involve in safety committee
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time by Human Resources Manager.
**Job Requirements**:
- Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar capacity with good understanding of employment law
- Proficient in Infopay will be an advantage but not essential
- Mature and resourceful with a good attitude and mindset.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
