**Overview of the Department**

You will be a part of the Structured Finance Credit Office Asia that sits in the second line, responsible for a structured finance portfolio of Bank clients across APAC and to provide independent credit evaluation and/or credit approval of Structured Finance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within MUFG
- Work in partnership with global credit colleagues across the region on best practice in Credit risk assessment
- Monitor the existing portfolio by regular review of borrower ratings so that credit costs are properly calculated.
- Work on ad-hoc credit
- related projects / credit policy papers.
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations in order to understand the business of the Bank’s clients but also the country’s economic state.
- Adhere to all company policies / guidelines

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 7 years of corporate credit experience within the Banking industry
- Good analytical and writing skills with experience in reviewing cashflow projections and conducting in-depth analysis of financial statements
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of Structured Finance (in particular Aviation Finance and Project Finance) and economic environment in the region would be preferred
- Degree qualified
