Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Product Operations

1) Manage request from Sales in SEA and work with them to understand customer requirements on their business communication needs and pain points. 2) Deep understanding of the CPAAS products ( A2P SMS, CHATAPP, VOICE ) and business use-cases across all business sectors. 3) Strong communication skills and able to work well with different teams across regions and departments. 4) Able to handle stress and prioritize work according to business value. 5) Able to contribute and work well with our internal product team to improve Alibaba CPAAS platform together as a team.
1) Lead the business operation, have strong CPAAS business understanding ability. 2) Understand the basic Voice, SMS, CHATAPP business requirement and product logic of the communication industry. 3) Strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to 24-hour response to online problems and external customer complaints, have a sense of initiative to challenge difficulties, and have the ability and willingness to stand alone; have the initiative and initiative, can effectively promote the project landing. 4) Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in conjunction with the surrounding team and cross-departmental teams, can break through innovation and seek collaborative resources; strong sense of responsibility. 5) Prioritize backlogs based on business value and demand to continuously improve our products. 6) Good English and Chinese communication ability, can be used as a working language. Proficiency in Mandarin is required as the role will need to coordinate with HQ in China.
