The F&B Outlets Admin Intern is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the F&B Sales Manager, with a focus on handling daily paperwork, assisting with event coordination, and supporting operational activities. This role-plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate records, managing databases, and assisting with the execution of special events. The Admin Intern will work closely with F&B Sales Manager to support outlet managers, reservations teams, and the kitchen to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales opportunities, particularly for group reservations and private dining.
Essential Tasks:
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating databases, maintaining call sheets, and tracking reservations.
- Assist in managing group bookings, private dining requests, and guest inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Provide support for special events by handling event paperwork, coordinating logistics, and assisting with setup and operational needs.
- Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and assist with any administrative follow-ups.
- Support the F&B Sales Manager in tracking and reporting on sales performance, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Assist with telesales, tracking leads, and maintaining guest and client records.
- Coordinate and maintain guest records for future follow-ups and communications.
- Help prepare sales reports, booking summaries, and client activity reports
- Attend industry networking events or sales blitzes to build relationships, focusing on administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the F&B Sales Manager to track market trends and competitor activities.
- Stay informed about seasonal offerings, menu changes, and special events for effective guest communication.
