**The Associate is responsible for providing operational duties**:
**SCOPE OF WORK**:
- Achieving an optimal interaction between customer service, inventory and operational cost throughout the supply chain.
- In charge of others duties such as Inventory replenishing, maintain cleanliness and neatness of the workplace.
- To lead, motivate and guide the outlet team to excellence in order to achieve the targets and create a conducive environment for the team.
- The Role Holder is skilled in coaching and developing team members having a very good interpersonal relations and organizational development mindset.
- Provide Leadership direction to operation team and support matters including being responsible for healthy, safe working environment.
- To comply with and follow internal rules, policies and daily operational routines regarding issues like quality, food safety and stock figures as set by your manager.
- Adhere to all food hygiene standard and procedures.
- To manage outlet staff grievances and conflicts and issue disciplinary action when necessary.
**COMPETENCIES**:
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different organization.
- You have a learning attitude.
- Willing to work 6 days rotating shift, our restaurant operates on weekends and public holidays, so applicants must be able to commit to work during weekends and public holidays.
**REQUIREMENT**:
- Diploma in Food & Beverage Management/Services
- Fluent in English and other languages is a plus.
- Has the necessary IT skills(Microsoft office, others)
- Preferably with 3 years working experierence in F&B.
